Then open the app, tap&#xA0;My Account (bottom right), and check that you&apos;re on the latest version. </li><li>Put Your Diffuser in Pairing Mode &#xA0;Hold the button on the back of your diffuser for 5 seconds until the blue light starts pulsing. </li><li>Check Your Wi-Fi &#xA0;Could you make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz)? </li><li>Scan for Your Device In the app, tap the&#xA0;+ icon to scan for nearby devices. Stay close to the diffuser while performing this step. </li><li>Be Patient &#x2014; It May Be Updating &#xA0;If nothing shows up, wait about 7 minutes. Your diffuser might be receiving a firmware update in the background. Then try scanning again. Still not showing up? It might be a hardware issue.
