Wi-Fi Password Not Working or App Stuck on LoadingUpdated 18 hours ago

This can happen if the diffuser is updating its firmware in the background. Here’s what to do:

  1. Wait a Few Minutes
     Stay on the “updating diffuser” screen for about 5 minutes to allow the update to finish.

  2. Still Stuck?
    Close the app completely, reopen it, and put your diffuser back in pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks).

  3. Scan Again
    Tap the + icon in the app to scan — your diffuser should now appear with the updated firmware.

  4. If It Still Doesn’t Work
     Delete and reinstall the app, then try pairing again from the beginning.
