Why isn't my diffuser following the schedule when it's unplugged?Updated 4 hours ago
The scheduling feature only works when your diffuser is plugged in. When it's running on battery, it automatically switches to Bluetooth mode to save power, which means the scheduling feature won’t work during this time.
You might see a message that says, "Device is Offline.” This simply means your diffuser is in battery-saving mode.
To get your diffuser back online and use the schedule feature:
• Plug in your diffuser using the charging cable
• Wait up to 10 minutes for it to reconnect to Wi-Fi
• Once connected, the app will show the device as “Online.”
• You’ll now be able to edit or activate your scheduled settings
