Let’s help you get your diffuser connected in just a few quick steps:
- Update the Scentiment App
Go to the App Store or Google Play, search for “Scentiment,” and tap Update if available.
Then open the app, tap My Account (bottom right), and check that you're on the latest version.
IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher - Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands. - Put Your Diffuser in Pairing Mode
Hold the button on the back of your diffuser for 5 seconds until the blue light starts pulsing. - Check Your Wi-Fi
Could you make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz)? - Scan for Your Device
In the app, tap the + icon to scan for nearby devices. Stay close to the diffuser while performing this step. - Be Patient — It May Be Updating
If nothing shows up, wait about 7 minutes. Your diffuser might be receiving a firmware update in the background. Then try scanning again.
