- Start with Updates
Make sure both your Scentiment app and diffuser firmware are up to date.

IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher
Firmware Version: 1.4.31 or higher - Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands. - For New Users
You’re all set! Scheduling should work right away once everything’s updated. - For Existing Users
- On Android: Just update the app — that’s it!
- On iOS: Update the app, remove all diffusers, create a new Home, and re-add your diffusers.
After this, the Scheduling feature should work as expected.
