Schedule Not Activating Your DiffuserUpdated 11 days ago

  1. Start with Updates
    Make sure both your Scentiment app and diffuser firmware are up to date.
    App Store: https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/scentiment/id64780936 or 
    Google Play:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scentiment.app&pli=1
    IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
    Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher

    Firmware Version: 1.4.31 or higher

  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.

  3. For New Users
     You’re all set! Scheduling should work right away once everything’s updated.

  4. For Existing Users
  • On Android: Just update the app — that’s it!
  • On iOS: Update the app, remove all diffusers, create a new Home, and re-add your diffusers.

After this, the Scheduling feature should work as expected.
