My Diffuser Was Connected, But Now It’s OfflineUpdated 19 hours ago
If your diffuser was working but now shows as “offline” or isn’t responding, don’t worry. Here’s how to refresh the connection:
- Close the App
Fully close the Scentiment app, wait about 5 minutes, then reopen it. - Still Offline? Remove and Reconnect
- Go to My Devices in the app.
- Tap the three dots on your diffuser, then select Remove Device.
- Put your diffuser into pairing mode (hold the rear button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks).
- Tap the + icon in the app to reconnect.
This usually gets everything working again!
