My Diffuser Was Connected, But Now It’s OfflineUpdated 11 days ago

If your diffuser was working but now shows as “offline” or isn’t responding, don’t worry. 

*** Please note your diffuser will show offline if it is not connected to the power source. When it's running on battery, it automatically switches to Bluetooth mode to save power, which means the scheduling feature won’t work during this time.
You might see a message that says "Device is Offline.” This simply means your diffuser is in battery-saving mode.***

If you are connected to the power source and it shows as "offline" or isn't responding, please follow the steps below

Here’s how to refresh the connection:

  1. Close the App
     Fully close the Scentiment app, wait about 5 minutes, then reopen it.

  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.

  3. Still Offline? Remove and Reconnect
  • Go to My Devices in the app.
  • Tap the three dots on your diffuser, then select Remove Device.
  • Put your diffuser into pairing mode (hold the rear button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks).
  • Tap the + icon in the app to reconnect.

This usually gets everything working again!
