Firmware Update Not Starting or StuckUpdated 6 hours ago
Sometimes it may look like the update is stuck, but don’t worry — your diffuser may still be updating in the background.
Try these steps:
- Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
Keep your diffuser connected to a power source during the update to avoid interruptions. - Wait a Few Minutes
Give the update at least 5 minutes to complete — even if the screen looks stuck. - Close and Reopen the App
Fully close the Scentiment app, then open it again. - Re-enter Pairing Mode
Put your diffuser back into pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks), then scan for it in the app.
In most cases, the update has finished successfully in the background, and your diffuser will reconnect as normal.
