Diffuser Won’t Turn Off in the App (Even Though It’s Connected)Updated 5 hours ago

If your diffuser isn’t responding to the power button in the app, it might be a temporary Wi-Fi delay. Try these quick steps:

  1. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.

  2. Tap the Power Button Again
     Sometimes the command just needs to be sent a second time.

  3. Restart the App
     Close the Scentiment app completely, then reopen it and try again.

  4. Manual Shutdown
    If it still won’t turn off, press and hold the rear button on the diffuser to shut it down manually.

  5. Wait & Reconnect
     Wait 5 minutes, then turn the diffuser back on. Once reconnected, the app controls should work normally.
