Diffuser Won’t Turn Off in the App (Even Though It’s Connected)Updated 5 hours ago
If your diffuser isn’t responding to the power button in the app, it might be a temporary Wi-Fi delay. Try these quick steps:
- Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands. - Tap the Power Button Again
Sometimes the command just needs to be sent a second time. - Restart the App
Close the Scentiment app completely, then reopen it and try again. - Manual Shutdown
If it still won’t turn off, press and hold the rear button on the diffuser to shut it down manually. - Wait & Reconnect
Wait 5 minutes, then turn the diffuser back on. Once reconnected, the app controls should work normally.
