Diffuser Only Works with the Remote, Not the AppUpdated 18 hours ago

this usually means your diffuser needs a quick firmware update. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Update the Scentiment App
     Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Remove and Reconnect the Diffuser
  • Go to My Devices in the app
  • Tap the three dots next to your diffuser > Remove Device
  • Put the diffuser in pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks)
  • Tap the + icon to re-add it

This will trigger the firmware update so you can fully control your diffuser from the app again.
