this usually means your diffuser needs a quick firmware update. Here’s how to fix it:
- Update the Scentiment App
Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. - Remove and Reconnect the Diffuser
- Go to My Devices in the app
- Tap the three dots next to your diffuser > Remove Device
- Put the diffuser in pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks)
- Tap the + icon to re-add it
This will trigger the firmware update so you can fully control your diffuser from the app again.
