Diffuser Not Showing in App After a Power or Wi-Fi Outage.Updated 10 days ago

Here's what to do: a quick reset should reconnect you. 

  1. Check Your Wi-Fi
     Make sure your Wi-Fi is working. Try opening a webpage or using another app to confirm.

  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.

  3. Open the Scentiment App
     If your diffuser still shows as “offline,” close the app completely, wait 5 minutes, then reopen it.

  4. Still Offline? Try Reconnecting
  • In the app, go to My Devices (bottom center).
  • Tap the three dots on your diffuser > Remove Device.
  • Put your diffuser back in pairing mode by holding the rear button for 5 seconds (until the blue light blinks).
  • Reconnect your diffuser in the app by tapping the + icon.

Your diffuser should be back online and ready to go!
