If your diffuser keeps running after you’ve turned it off in the app, it may be due to a Wi-Fi connection issue. Try these quick steps:
- Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power source helps ensure proper connection and response. - Try Turning It Off Again in the App
Tap the power button once more or cycle through the misting levels — this helps resend the shutdown command. - Restart the App
Close and reopen the Scentiment app to refresh the connection. - Turn It Off Manually
If it’s still running, press and hold the rear button on the diffuser to shut it off manually. - Reconnect After a Few Minutes
Wait 5 minutes, power the diffuser back on, and check the app. Once the Wi-Fi connection is stable, it should respond normally.
