Diffuser Keeps Misting Even After Turning It Off in the AppUpdated 6 hours ago

If your diffuser keeps running after you’ve turned it off in the app, it may be due to a Wi-Fi connection issue. Try these quick steps:

  1. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power source helps ensure proper connection and response.

  2. Try Turning It Off Again in the App
     Tap the power button once more or cycle through the misting levels — this helps resend the shutdown command.

  3. Restart the App
     Close and reopen the Scentiment app to refresh the connection.

  4. Turn It Off Manually
     If it’s still running, press and hold the rear button on the diffuser to shut it off manually.

  5. Reconnect After a Few Minutes
     Wait 5 minutes, power the diffuser back on, and check the app. Once the Wi-Fi connection is stable, it should respond normally.
