Diffuser Is Connected But Not Responding in the AppUpdated a month ago

If your diffuser shows as connected but you can't control it, here's how to refresh the connection:

  1. Close the App
     Fully close the Scentiment app, wait 5 minutes, then reopen it.

  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.

  3. Still Not Working? Remove & Reconnect
  • In the app, go to My Devices
  • Tap the three dots next to your diffuser > Remove Device
  • Put the diffuser back in pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks)
  • Tap the + icon in the app to pair it again

Once reconnected, you should be able to control your diffuser as normal.
