Diffuser Is Connected But Not Responding in the AppUpdated 19 hours ago
If your diffuser shows as connected but you can't control it, here's how to refresh the connection:
- Close the App
Fully close the Scentiment app, wait 5 minutes, then reopen it. - Still Not Working? Remove & Reconnect
- In the app, go to My Devices
- Tap the three dots next to your diffuser > Remove Device
- Put the diffuser back in pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks)
- Tap the + icon in the app to pair it again
Once reconnected, you should be able to control your diffuser as normal.
