Diffuser Disconnects When UnpluggedUpdated 6 hours ago

Your diffuser is built to stay connected, whether it’s plugged in or running on battery. If it disconnects after unplugging, try these quick steps:

  1. Check for Updates
    Make sure both the Scentiment app and diffuser firmware are up to date.

    IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
    Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher
    Firmware Version: 1.4.31 or higher

  2. Check the Battery
     Ensure your diffuser has enough battery power — a low charge can cause it to go offline.
