Diffuser Connected Once, But Stops Working After Restarting the AppUpdated 18 hours ago
It just means the connection didn’t fully sync. Here’s how to fix it:
- Close the App
Fully close the Scentiment app and wait a few minutes before reopening it. - Still Not Responding?
- Go to My Devices in the app
- Tap the three dots next to your diffuser > Remove Device
- Put your diffuser back in pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks)
- Reconnect the Diffuser
Tap the + icon in the app to add the diffuser again.
This will refresh the connection.
