Diffuser Connected Once, But Stops Working After Restarting the AppUpdated a month ago

It just means the connection didn’t fully sync. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Close the App
     Fully close the Scentiment app and wait a few minutes before reopening it.

  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.

  3. Still Not Responding?
  • Go to My Devices in the app
  • Tap the three dots next to your diffuser > Remove Device
  • Put your diffuser back in pairing mode (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks)
  1. Reconnect the Diffuser
    Tap the + icon in the app to add the diffuser again.

This will refresh the connection.
