Here’s how to get back into your account:
- Check Your Email
Make sure there are no typos in the email address you're using to sign in. - Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands. - Update the App
Go to the App Store or Google Play and confirm you’re using the latest version of the Scentiment App.

IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher - Restart the App
Fully close the app, reopen it, and try logging in again. - Still Can’t Log In?
