Can’t Log In After Updating or Reinstalling the AppUpdated 17 hours ago

Here’s how to get back into your account:

  1. Check Your Email
     Make sure there are no typos in the email address you're using to sign in.
  2. Update the App
     Go to the App Store or Google Play and confirm you’re using the latest version of the Scentiment App.
  3. Restart the App
     Fully close the app, reopen it, and try logging in again.
  4. Still Can’t Log In?
     Try signing in with a different email (we recommend Gmail or Outlook). Also, make sure your inbox can receive messages.

  • Your Scent Diffuser Model
  • App Version
  • Firmware Version (if known)
  • A short description of the issue
