Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Are On, But Pairing Still Isn’t Working.Updated 11 days ago

If everything seems right but your diffuser still won’t connect, it could be due to an outdated app or firmware. Let’s try this:

  1. Update the App
     Go to the App Store or Google Play, search “Scentiment,” and make sure you have the latest version.
    IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
    Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher

  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.

  3. Check Pairing Mode
     Make sure your diffuser is in pairing mode — the blue light should be pulsing. If not, hold the back button for 5 seconds.

  4. Try Scanning Again
    Open the app and tap the + icon to scan for your diffuser while standing close to it.

  5. Wait a Few Minutes
     If nothing shows up, wait 5 minutes and try again. Your diffuser might be installing a firmware update in the background.
