App Stuck on “Searching” or Loading During PairingUpdated a month ago


If the app gets stuck while trying to connect your diffuser, try the steps below:

  1. Update the App
     Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Scentiment app from the App Store or Google Play.

    Google Play:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scentiment.app&pli=1
    IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
    Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher


  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.


  3. Check Pairing Mode
     Put your diffuser into pairing mode — hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light starts blinking.

  4. Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
     Ensure your phone is on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5G) and stay close to the diffuser.

  5. Wait & Retry
     Wait about 5 minutes, then try scanning again.

  6. Still Stuck?
     Close the app completely, reopen it, and try scanning once more.
