App Stuck on “Searching” or Loading During PairingUpdated 11 days ago
If the app gets stuck while trying to connect your diffuser, try the steps below:
- Update the App
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Scentiment app from the App Store or Google Play.

IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher - Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands. - Check Pairing Mode
Put your diffuser into pairing mode — hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light starts blinking. - Connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
Ensure your phone is on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5G) and stay close to the diffuser. - Wait & Retry
Wait about 5 minutes, then try scanning again. - Still Stuck?
Close the app completely, reopen it, and try scanning once more.
