App Not Remembering Your Login or Logging You OutUpdated 11 days ago

This issue should be resolved in the latest version of the app. If it’s still happening, here’s what to do:

1. Log In Again
    Use the same email you normally use; your diffuser settings will still be saved.
   
   
2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
    A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.
   
   
3. Check for Updates
    Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Scentiment app and that your phone’s operating system is up to date.

   IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
   Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher

No need to re-pair your diffuser — once you log back in, everything should work as usual.
