This was fixed in a recent update, so let’s get you back in:
- Update the App
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Scentiment App from the App Store or Google Play.

IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher - Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands. - Still Stuck in the Loop?
- Close the app completely
- Reopen it and try logging in again
- If It’s Still Not Working
Delete and reinstall the app. Don’t worry, your saved settings and devices will stay intact.
