If your diffuser isn’t responding to app controls, it may be due to a brief Wi-Fi lag or connection drop. Here’s how to fix it:
- Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A steady power source ensures the diffuser stays connected and responsive. - Try the Controls Again
Tap the control once more — for example, press ON, then OFF again. - Cycle Through Mist Levels
Switching between mist intensity levels can help re-establish the connection. - Restart the App
Close the Scentiment app completely, then reopen it. - Manual Reset
If it’s still not responding, press and hold the rear button on the diffuser to manually reset it.
Once reconnected, the app controls should start working normally again.
