This can happen if you're in a new location or your Wi-Fi settings have changed.
- If prompted, go ahead and enter a password (you can try leaving it blank if it’s truly an open network).
- Then continue with the pairing process as usual.
Still getting a password prompt on an open network?
No problem, just reset your diffuser (hold the back button for 5 seconds until the blue light blinks), then start pairing again in the app.
