Can’t Connect Your Diffuser to the App?Updated a day ago

Let’s walk through a quick checklist to get things working:

  1. Update the App
    Make sure your Scentiment app is updated to the latest version in the 
    App Store: https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/scentiment/id64780936 or 
    Google Play:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scentiment.app&pli=1
    IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
    Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher


  2. Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
     A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands.


  3. Wi-Fi Check
     Confirm your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5G).

  4. Turn On Bluetooth
    Bluetooth must be on for the diffuser to connect properly. (Please grant permission to Bluetooth from your Scentiment APP)

  5. Pairing Mode
     Put your diffuser in pairing mode by holding the button on the back for 5 seconds — you’ll see a blinking blue light.

  6. Scan Again
    Open the app, tap the + icon, and scan for the device.
     If it doesn’t appear right away, wait 5 minutes and try again — a firmware update may be installing in the background.
