Can’t Connect Your Diffuser to the App?Updated a day ago
Let’s walk through a quick checklist to get things working:
- Update the App
Make sure your Scentiment app is updated to the latest version in the
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/scentiment/id64780936 or
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scentiment.app&pli=1
IOS: Version 2.2.(1) or higher
Android: Version 2.2.2(22) or higher - Make Sure Your Diffuser Is Plugged In
A stable power connection helps the diffuser stay responsive to app commands. - Wi-Fi Check
Confirm your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5G). - Turn On Bluetooth
Bluetooth must be on for the diffuser to connect properly. (Please grant permission to Bluetooth from your Scentiment APP) - Pairing Mode
Put your diffuser in pairing mode by holding the button on the back for 5 seconds — you’ll see a blinking blue light. - Scan Again
Open the app, tap the + icon, and scan for the device.
If it doesn’t appear right away, wait 5 minutes and try again — a firmware update may be installing in the background.
