When Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Shipped Orders: Once your order has shipped, cancellation isn't possible. You can initiate a return after receiving your package through our Return Portal.

How Will My Refund Be Issued? Refunds are processed to your original payment method used during checkout.

  • Regular Refund Timeline: After our Returns Department receives your item, please allow up to 15 days for refund processing.
