How Do I Process a Return?Updated 3 months ago

We’re here to help make your return as smooth as possible. Just follow the steps below: 

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  1. Access the Return Portal:
    Click the Return Portal Link provided in your order confirmation email or on our website’s Help page.

  2. Find Your Order:
    Enter your Order ID and then provide one of the following details:

    • Email address
    • ZIP code
    • Phone number
  3. Select the Item to Return:
    Choose the product you’d like to return and click "Select Action."

  4. Provide a Return Reason:
    Indicate why you’re returning the item to help us improve our products and services.

  5. Upload Proof (Required):
    If requested, add a photo or video to help verify the issue.

  6. Confirm and Finalize Your Return:
    Review the return policy, accept it, and complete your return request. Once done, you’ll receive your RMA Number and instructions on how to ship the item back.

Processing Time & Status Updates:

  • Returns are processed within 14 business days from the day our warehouse receives your package.
  • After dropping off your return with the carrier, please wait about 2 days before checking the Return Portal for shipment movement.
  • Carrier delays are outside our control, but we’ll keep you updated on our end.
