We want you to have the best possible experience with your Scentiment products. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:
Scent Diffuser Returns
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your diffuser.
- To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
- If the diffuser is unused, you’ll receive a full refund.
- If it has been used, a $25 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to send it back.
Other Products
You may return or exchange unused items within 14 days of delivery. (Except Diffusers, please see Scent Diffuser Returns policy, and Preserved Roses )
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds for:
- Fragrance oils, candles, reed diffusers, or room sprays (used or opened)
- Mystery gifts, Preserved Roses, rush order fees, shipping costs, package protection, and gift cards — these are all final sale.
Subscriptions
Subscription items are not eligible for refunds, but if your request is made within 14 days of delivery, we’re happy to offer a gift card for the value of the item.
