If you're having trouble connecting your Mini Scent Diffuser 2 to the Scentiment app, follow these quick troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Remove the Device from the App

  1. Open the Scentiment app.
  2. Navigate to "My Devices."
  3. Select your diffuser and remove it from the app.

Step 2: Reset the Diffuser

  1. Power off the device.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 5-6 seconds, or until you see a pulsing blue light.

Step 3: Reconnect the Device

  1. Open the Scentiment app.
  2. Go to "My Devices" and tap the “+” icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Find Devices" and follow the instructions to reconnect your diffuser.
