Step 1: Remove the Device from the App
- Open the Scentiment app.
- Navigate to "My Devices."
- Select your diffuser and remove it from the app.
Step 2: Reset the Diffuser
- Power off the device.
- Press and hold the power button for 5-6 seconds, or until you see a pulsing blue light.
Step 3: Reconnect the Device
- Open the Scentiment app.
- Go to "My Devices" and tap the “+” icon in the top right corner.
